Nadira Akina Sellers is the Chief Vision Officer of Dynamic Human Capital, LLC and creator of the Message 360 communications model. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps organizations navigate complex transformations that shape culture, improve systems, and elevate performance. She is a trusted advisor and strategic business partner who blends data-driven insights with inclusive stakeholder engagement to guide decision-making at the highest levels. Her core capabilities include strategic planning, organizational change management, leadership development, and intercultural communications—always with a focus on building alignment and long-term impact.

Nadira’s journey has led her along an interdisciplinary path to include many facets of international business and liberal arts studies, which have afforded her the opportunity to advance her work across several continents. Nadira has honed her skills as an integrator through various posts and project engagements in the municipal and federal government spaces, private industry, and with international clients. This disparate skill set allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work.

Nadira is a trusted advisor and agile leader. She believes that inspired leadership is forward-facing, aspirational, and requires trust factors. While serving in various senior-level roles, she has developed high-performing teams and established trust and credibility with a broad range of clients. Nadira has tailored projects and programs to support strong stakeholder relations while negotiating competing equities to ensure vision-goal alignment. She navigates diverse points of view—with cultural competence—to influence change and achieve key goals that organizations can measure and evaluate.
